Yeah, youre right, its a picture of Woo...</title><content type='html'>Hi Nico, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yeah, youre right, its a picture of Woodstock :) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My only &amp;#39;issue&amp;#39; with climate camp activists is I feel they&amp;#39;re not clear and focused enough in their demands of the policy people. I woulda seen that! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I saw your post on Global Dashboard... I went to the camp, and have had--there and at many other times--similar thoughts. But I also always wonder what&amp;#39;s so difficult about letting others that want the same stuff do it their way? The policy people won&amp;#39;t ever get anything done without people from the street showing up naked at banks in the City, the kids at the camp won&amp;#39;t get anything done without policy people bureaucratising. The German anti-nuclear movement around Gorleben demonstrated how that could work. Some groups do destructive stuff, most do civil disobedience (now illegal there as well), some work on the lobbying and policy side.
