Stoicism, CBT and the Politics of Wellbeing
Here's a half-hour talk I gave at the inaugural Marcus Aurelius birthday symposium, in San Diego last week. Thanks to everyone who came along, and especially to Erik and Amielle for having us and making it such fun.
BTW, you can add the next chapter of each talk as a video response to the previous one. That way, anyone who finds you on youtube can easily jump from one to the next.
Once they are all up, you may want to set up a playlist as well.

Thanks John! Great to meet you there. I'll put up the other talks later this week - it takes a surprisingly long time.
Think I'm gonna try and put up a 'greatest hits' compilation today.
