Here's a pretty feeble article from the New Statesman taking a sceptical view of the British government's various CBT / positive psychology initiatives. Nothing wrong with being sceptical about it, but the author's critiques are pretty lame and uninformed - she usually writes about architecture, not sure why they commissioned her to write about this.
